Make Your Christmas Cheese!

Spend a day in the dairy with award winning cheesemaker Allison Raper. Get involved in the cheese making process, learn the basics of cheese making and how to experiment at home and wow friends and family with your Christmas cheeseboard made by you!

Your day at the Cheesedale Farm

You will wash, mould, wax, prick and get your hands into a vat of curd.  A memorable experience!  Even if you never make cheese again you’ll leave with a lifetime appreciation of the complexities of cheesemaking.

Throughout the day you'll contribute to the making of five to seven cheeses. We will mature all the cheeses that you have had a hand in creating and produce a Christmas cheeseboard presented in one of our moo boxes for you to enjoy with your friends and family.

This is a truly unique experience and with only four places it's sure to fill up fast.

Lunch and guided cheese tasting with Jonathan.

There will be around a kilo of cheeses for your Christmas Cheeseboard.

Please note the contents of your Christmas Cheeseboard box will vary depending on which cheeses you help to make.  Your box will contain approx 1 kilo of cheese across 6-8 varieties.
