Dairy Tour and Cheese Tasting & Pairing Experience for two

The perfect gift for the cheese lovers or foodies of the family.

You will start your experience with Allison in the dairy who will talk you through the cheesemaking process from the receiving of the milk through to the maturing process, giving you access to the cold room.  A rare opportunity to get a glimpse behind the scenes!

Afterwards Jonathan will guide you around one of our 'epic' award winning cheese boards taking you through the flavours, pairings and the different aspects of how our cheeses are made.

A fascinating talk that will leave you with a pairing skill to practice with!

A glass of wine is included chosen to complement our cheeses.

This experience lasts around 90 minutes and is for two people.
